3. Counter-Notification

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, a U.S. judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WAIN PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to terminate, without notice, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
